Stop Major League Baseball From Making Topps A Monopoly

Major League Baseball has given the baseball card rights to Topps for the 2010 season. This now makes Topps a monopoly.

To me this is against the antitrust laws in the United States and needs to be stopped. The idea is to have as much free enterprise as possible. What this has done is stop free enterprise and it will cost many people their jobs.

There is only one way to stop it and that is to write your congressmen and women telling them that you are against what Major League Baseball has done and that you feel it is illegal.
All Card dealers should make their customers aware of the situation as well by handing out flyers or having the number of the local congressman posted in their stores.
It is time we all take a stand.

Only the card collecting community can stop Major League Baseball from having made Topps a monopoly.
