What Would Have Happened If All Our Mother's Didn't Throw Out Are Cards?

Everyone has the same complaint. If my mother hadn't thrown out my baseball cards I'd be rich today. I had Mickey Mantle, Hank Aaron and Willie Mays rookie cards and she just threw them out one day. Can anyone say their Pete Rose or Roberto Clemente rookie card was put in the trash?

If our mother's hadn't done this the cards would be worth very little today. Our mothers actually created a valuable market for vintage cards by throwing them out. It increased the value of what is left. Instead of possibly getting $1500 for a Mickey Mantle card you might only get $10 if there were too many available.

To the people whose mother's didn't throw out their cards you owe a thank you to all the mother's who did.
