I was at the Midtown Sports Card Show at 43rd Street in Manhattan today and the main complaint between customers and dealers was that you just don't get anything good when you buy boxes of cards anymore.
Most people feel to seem its like gambling. You hope to get a big hit but 95% of the time you get lemons.
If your a set builder you can't complete a set and if your looking for a good jersey or autograph the odds are you will get a no name player who has no value.
It really is time for the card companies to wise up before sales plummet.
